Why Selling Rob and Michele Reiner's Mansion Could Be a Challenge

The Reiner family would be required to disclose what happened to Rob and Michele if they tried to sell their $14 million Brentwood mansion anytime soon, which could make it challenging — but not impossible — to find a potential buyer.

Real estate advisor Corbin Scott, who has no affiliation with a potential sale of the Reiner residence, exclusively told Page Six that the family “could absolutely” sell the property where the Hollywood couple was allegedly murdered by their son Nick, 33, last year, though California law might complicate the process.

“California, I believe, has a certain time frame where any death must be disclosed to the potential new buyer,” Scott told Page Six. “Every state has different rules and the family would just need to follow California’s specific laws.”
