Why Nighttime Urination Is More Serious Than You Think

Skip to content Waking up several times during the night to urinate can seriously disrupt your sleep and leave you feeling tired the next day. While occasional nighttime bathroom visits are normal, frequent interruptions may indicate a condition known as nocturia.Nocturia is typically defined as waking more than twice during the night to urinate. Although it becomes more common with age, it can affect people of all ages depending on lifestyle and health factors. One of the main reasons this happens is a natural change in the body over time. As people get older, the body produces less of the hormone that helps retain fluids, leading to increased urine production at night.Other common causes include drinking too much liquid before bed, especially caffeine or alcohol, as well as urinary tract infections or medications that increase urine output. Pregnancy can also play a role due to pressure on the bladder. In some cases, nighttime urination may signal an underlying health issue. Conditions like diabetes, kidney problems, heart disease, or sleep disorders can all contribute to this symptom. The main sign is waking multiple times at night with the urge to urinate, sometimes even when only small amounts are produced. This repeated interruption often leads to poor-quality sleep and fatigue.Doctors usually diagnose the issue by asking about habits and symptoms, along with tests such as urine analysis or blood work to identify possible causes and rule out serious conditions.Treatment depends on the cause. Simple changes like reducing evening fluid intake or adjusting daily habits may help, while in other cases medications or further medical care may be necessary to manage the condition effectively.

What Does the Last Digit of Your Birth Year Say About You? New

What Does the Last Digit of Your Birth Year Say About You?

Many people enjoy exploring symbolic meanings linked to the final digit of their birth year. While these interpretations are not scientific, they are often used as a light, reflective way to think about personality traits and personal growth. They are meant for curiosity rather than prediction. Those born in years ending in 0 or 1 are often associated with leadership qualities. Number 0 is linked to structure, discipline, and stability, while number 1 is connected to independence and initiative. Both suggest confidence, with a reminder that adaptability and collaboration are also important.Birth years ending in 2 or 3 are commonly associated with communication and creativity. Number 2 reflects cooperation, empathy, and teamwork, while number 3 is linked to imagination, expression, and social energy. Together, they emphasize the value of balancing self-expression with understanding others.People with birth years ending in 4 or 5 are often described as practical yet adventurous. Number 4 represents reliability, discipline, and strong work habits, while number 5 reflects curiosity, freedom, and adaptability. These traits highlight the balance between stability and exploring new experiences. Those ending in 6 or 7 are frequently linked to thoughtful and reflective personalities. Number 6 is associated with care, responsibility, and support for others, while number 7 represents introspection, learning, and curiosity about deeper meaning. These traits are often tied to emotional depth and insight.Birth years ending in 8 or 9 are commonly connected with ambition and resilience. Number 8 is associated with achievement, goal-setting, and leadership drive, while number 9 reflects wisdom, maturity, and life experience. Together, they suggest strength built through persistence and reflection.Although these interpretations can be entertaining, they are not fixed definitions of who someone is. Personality is shaped far more by life experiences, choices, and environment than by numbers or labels, and individuals are always capable of change and growth.Ultimately, these ideas are best viewed as a fun way to reflect on different personality themes. Every person has a unique mix of qualities that evolve over time, and no single number can define potential, relationships, or future direction.

Presley Gerber's Mysterious Death Raises Questions Amid Autopsy Delays New

Presley Gerber's Mysterious Death Raises Questions Amid Autopsy Delays

Presley Gerber’s body has been released after an autopsy was completed. According to online records viewed by Us, Gerber’s cause of death is still listed as "deferred," with no timetable for when official results will be released. No foul play is suspected at this time. The Los Angeles Medical Examiner previously confirmed to Us on Monday, September 21, that additional testing needs to be done in order to make a determination. “The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner (DME) is in the early stages of investigating the death of 27-year-old model Presley Gerber and limited information is currently available,” the medical examiner’s office said in a statement to Us on Monday. “A deputy medical examiner performed an examination today and the cause and manner of death have been deferred, which means additional testing and/or studies were requested in order to make a determination. Due to the ongoing death investigation, the DME cannot disclose what testing and/or studies were requested. Deferred cases can take a few months before a cause of death is determined.” Us can also confirm Gerber was pronounced dead at 9:45 a.m. local time on Monday, September 20, by responding paramedics. He was 27. The Santa Monica Police Department in California is the investigating law enforcement agency for the case. Prior to his death, Presley was open about his mental health struggles and battles with addiction. During a 2023 podcast interview, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber explained why he wanted to share parts of his life story. “Whether I help one person or a 100 people get out of that place that I was in at one point in my life, that’s all I need to do,” Presley explained during an episode of the “Studio 22” podcast. “I’ve had a lot of time to look into myself and learn about myself with therapists.” Throughout the highs and lows of addiction, Presley had the support of his family, including sister Kaia Gerber. “My parents for most of our lives were very, very private and didn’t share anything — and now we have this absolute teacher, my brother, who says, ‘I’m gonna be very human for everyone,’” Kaia, 25, told Vogue in August 2026. “There’s only so much you can hide from the world. And trying to put a lid on something just makes the person feel like you’re ashamed of them.” If you or someone you know is struggling with substance abuse, contact the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).  If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Trump TV Launch: A Bold Move Amid Major News Network Boycott New

Trump TV Launch: A Bold Move Amid Major News Network Boycott

Donald Trump has announced a dramatic move following his ban on CNN, MS Now, and Politico from the White House, amid a retaliatory broadcaster boycott. The controversial US leader who imposed a ban on CNN from the White House last week, prompted a collective response from the country’s leading network television channels, with ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and Fox News all boycotting their coverage of Trump at the United Nations General Assembly on Monday. Trump's dramatic move following boycott Donald Trump has taken a dramatic step following the boycott of coverage from major news networks. Credit: Chip Somodevilla / Getty After suspending coverage, Trump confirmed he is launching a new 24-hour streaming service from the White House. The new service, branded Trump TV, began broadcasting on Monday evening, with the administration presenting it as a way for viewers to watch presidential events directly. “TRUMP TV IS STREAMING NOW. 24/7, updated in real time, with top past moments, announcements, and the latest and greatest from the administration all in one place. Not every big moment has made it on your tv, now it can,” the administration announced. Its first broadcast was a speech Trump delivered at Mount Rushmore on July 3, with the launch coming after a dramatic day in which tensions between the president and several major news organizations intensified. The news channels jointly announced that they were suspending their participation in the television pool until further notice. The networks are responsible for distributing footage of presidential events to other media outlets and broadcasters around the world. The five organizations said their position was based on the importance of independent reporting on government. “The public has a vital interest in receiving accurate, independent information about its government. No administration should restrict a news organization because it objects to its reporting,” their joint statement said. The dispute became particularly visible on Monday afternoon when the networks declined to broadcast Trump's ribbon-cutting ceremony for a newly opened presidential helipad before he left Washington for a two-day trip to New York, where he was set to address the UN General Assembly. The White House instead streamed the event on its own social media accounts. However, the sound from Marine One, which was sitting behind Trump on the newly opened helipad with its engine running, reportedly made it difficult for viewers to hear much of what the president was saying. Some networks did later broadcast portions of Trump's news conference with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Trump addressed the supposed boycott during the appearance, appearing to suggest that he was not concerned by the decision. “It’s interesting because they said where they were going to boycott me, but they never boycott me, so I wasn’t very worried about that,” he claimed. “Look at all that press,” Trump added while gesturing towards the large group of reporters outside Gracie Mansion. The confrontation was not limited to the TV pool, but also extended to several publications, including The New York Times and The Washington Post, which said they would temporarily stop publishing photographs taken by their own still photographers of the president, with the move described as a show of solidarity with the television networks. The White House responded quickly, dismissing the criticism: “Access changes are nothing new. What is new, however, is the sudden claim that it becomes sacred only when the outlets are friendly to the Radical Left,” the administration said. “The rule was never ‘every outlet gets in.’ It was always ‘our side stays in.’” Trump and White House face legal repercussions Meanwhile, CNN, MS Now and Politico filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration seeking to restore their access to the White House. The lawsuit names Trump, White House communications director Steven Cheung, Secret Service Director Sean Curran and Chief of Staff Susie Wiles as defendants. In the 27-page filing, the outlets described the decision to bar their journalists from the White House as an attack on press freedoms. The filing said Trump's announcement that the organizations were being excluded “could not be a more direct assault on the First Amendment nor a more blatant violation of our most fundamental constitutional principles.” A hearing in the case is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon before US District Judge Timothy Kelly, who had previously ruled during Trump's first presidency that the White House could not bar CNN correspondent Jim Acosta from the premises. Trump subsequently criticized the choice of judge on Truth Social and indicated that his administration would appeal if the court ruled against it. “They have drawn a great Judge, for them, a man who ruled in favor of Jim Acosta, who now seems to have disappeared from the Planet,” Trump wrote. “In other words, almost without question and, as usual, we’ll go for appeal.” The latest confrontation is not the first time Trump's administration has clashed with a major news organization over access, having removed the Associated Press from pooled access after the wire service declined to adopt the administration's preferred terminology referring to the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America.” The latest dispute began after the White House declined to credential CNN on Monday when it was scheduled to provide the television pool. CNN would have been responsible for supplying footage of Trump's New York trip, including his meeting with Mamdani and an expected encounter with French President Emmanuel Macron during the UN General Assembly. Although the television pool was suspended, Trump's movements continued to be covered by journalists from newspapers, radio organisations and wire services, alongside still photographers and the White House's own camera operation. Trump has defended the restrictions by arguing that certain news organisations should not have access to the White House. “They’re very bad for the country, very bad for national security … So we’ll see how it works out,” he claimed. Jonathan Owens Embraces 'Mr. Biles' Label Amid Past Controversy New

Jonathan Owens Embraces 'Mr. Biles' Label Amid Past Controversy

Indianapolis Colts star Jonathan Owens reacted to being called “Mr. Biles,” after he previously stirred controversy for comments made about his wife, Olympic legend Simone Biles.  “I take it as respect,” Owens, 31, told The Athletic in a story published on Tuesday, September 22. “You see who my wife is. Says a lot about me as well. Like, my confidence, and who I am as a person that she chose to be with me. It’s respect, because as a man in this field, [one of the] things they judge you on is who is your significant other. That says a lot about your confidence.” Owens ruffled some feathers during an appearance on “The Pivot Podcast” in December 2023, eight months after he and Biles, 29, got married, when he said “the men” are the catch in relationships and that he didn’t even know who Biles was when they started dating. “I didn’t have my notifications on, and Simone was like, ‘Have you been on your Instagram?’” Owens recalled to The Athletic. “That was my first time of really, really being in the public eye and people trying to hate on you — ‘Oh, you’re Mr. Biles!’ — and stuff like that. But that’s what comes with it. You take the good with the bad, and at the end of the day, I’m living my dream.” Owens and Biles matched on a dating app in March 2020, which turned out to be a serendipitous blessing in disguise right at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.  “It’s like the world shut down and we literally were able to hang out all the time. It was meant to be,” Owens said. “I was single for a time. I kinda was tired of it. I thought it was for me … and then you still feel empty. You’re missing something, and I didn’t know what it was until I did find my wife.” Owens even credited Biles with his NFL career getting to another level. (Owens signed with the Colts in March, after previous stints with the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans.) “Because I’m locked in on one person,” he explained. “And that was when I felt like I truly found myself and my career took the next step.” Still, Owens admitted that all of the attention thrust upon his personal life was “tough at first because I’m a pretty quiet, private person.” “It almost makes you a shell of yourself, at first, because of all the criticism,” he said. “They’ve got something to say about everything you do. But just my wife helping me get to a point of just [understanding] they’re going to talk s*** either way it goes. So you might as well live your life how you want to.”

Bunnie XO's Bold Response to Critics of Her 22-Year Age Gap Romance New

Bunnie XO's Bold Response to Critics of Her 22-Year Age Gap Romance

Just months ago, Bunnie Xo made an eyebrow-raising confession about her ex-husband Jelly Roll 's manhood after his weight-loss transformation and news of their divorce following nearly a decade of marriage hit the headlines. Now, the former adult star has spoken out about her new boyfriend’s age. Jelly, 41, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed for divorce from his wife in Williamson County earlier this year. TMZ reported that the choice to separate was a 'mutual decision by the two and a private family matter'. Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo decided to end their marriage after nearly a decade together. Credit: Gilbert Flores/Getty The rapper saw a major change to his manhood Shortly before the couple’s separation was announced, the rapper lost more than 275lbs (124kg), dramatically changing both his health and daily life. Bunnie then claimed that weight loss had a noticeable effect on a man's anatomy . "I will tell you that it is very true that when a man loses weight, it grows a lot," Bunnie told Stern before saying that in her husband's case, his private parts had become 'severely bigger'. "Oh God, he’s gonna kill me," she added with a laugh. According to healthcare experts at LifeMD , the apparent increase in size is largely due to reduced fat around the pubic area. "Losing weight can potentially lead to a slight increase in the appearance of penis size. "This is due to the reduction of the 'fat pad' located above the penis. "This fat pad can hide a portion of the length of the penis. "So when someone loses weight and decreases the amount of fat in their pubic area, more of the length of the penis may become visible," the report states. Bunnie has a significant age gap with her new boyfriend After first being photographed kissing 24-year-old reality star Dylan Wolf in July, Bunnie has finally opened up about her new 22-year age gap relationship. The podcast host, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, has claimed that the Calabasas Confidential star has given her 'smile back'. In her latest video on Instagram, Bunnie, confirmed the relationship by showing Dylan feeding her, captioning the post with: “POV: It’s his first time at Waffle House”. The comments section was quickly flooded with people slamming Bunnie, who reached a divorce settlement from ex-husband Jelly Roll in July, for dating someone 'so young'. One person mocked: “Mama’s feeding him breakfast before he catches his school bus.” While another added: “How old is this dude? 24? Yikes.” Bunnie swiftly hit back with a sassy response saying: “Hey guys, I’m having fun he gave me my smile back. “Ya girl is living her best life - let meeeee k thanks byeeeee.” Featured image credit: Dia Dipasupil / Getty

Clavicular (real name Braden Eric Peters) has been charged with one count of rape, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse and one count of procuring liquor for a person under the age of 21, per court records viewed by Us. The first two counts are felonies, with the third being a misdemeanor. An arraignment will be held on October 14. According to The Bulwark, which was first to report the news, the charges stem from an alleged incident that took place between the streamer and a teenage girl in Cape Cod in May 2025. Clavicular seemingly responded to the accusations on Monday by sharing a letter of thanks allegedly penned by his accuser after they worked together. (He also shared what appeared to be private video of his accuser.) “Trying to get my attention in anyway [sic] possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you,” he wrote. He added in a separate tweet, “Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.” A spokesperson for the internet personality told The Hollywood Reporter that “Clavicular has not been physically served.” “As usual, the Bulwark is exaggerating the status of a case to boost traffic,” his rep claimed. Us has reached out to Clavicular’s spokesperson for comment. The details of the criminal case are similar to those of a lawsuit filed earlier this year. In May, Us reported that Clavicular was being sued by teenage influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza over allegations of battery, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and unauthorized publication of name and likeness. (Mendoza sought in excess of $50,000 in damages.) Clavicular’s attorney strenuously denied the allegations. The lawsuit alleged that Mendoza was contacted by Clavicular when she was 16 years old. He allegedly offered to pay her $1,000 for videos where he would endorse her as the “female face for looksmaxxing.” Per the lawsuit, two reportedly collaborated on four videos. The court filing accused Clavicular of offering to inject Mendoza with a product “to melt fat on her cheeks as part of his promise to help her with her online presence through ‘looksmaxxing.’ During this session, Peters stated or implied that he was acting with medical authority, including by referring to himself as a doctor or otherwise holding himself out as qualified to perform the injection.” (The alleged victim’s attorney said Clavicular was not licensed to perform the procedure.) “Peters intentionally injected Mendoza with an unapproved drug without consent, causing physical and psychological injuries to her,” her lawyers alleged. “Under Florida law, these acts constitute battery.” Clavicular was also accused of serving Mendoza alcohol until she was drunk and then initiating sex with her. Mendoza alleged in her lawsuit that she was intoxicated “to the point where she was unable to give consent.” “At this point, Mendoza did not know about Peters’ bragging about ‘slaying’ girls and having one-night stands,” court documents read. “Peters refers to this frequently as a ‘pump and dump.’” At the time, Clavicular’s lawyer, Steve Kramer, told Us, “We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters. These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time." The lawsuit is ongoing but Clavicular’s legal team filed a motion to dismiss the case in July. Clavicular gained popularity among the divisive right-wing manosphere social media community and introduced the concept of "bone smashing" — which involves hitting his own face with a hammer to change his bone structure — into the public lexicon. The influencer has frequently faced controversy for his political stances and extreme views on beauty standards. Clavicular has had a tumultuous year beyond his current legal situation. In April, Us confirmed that Clavicular “suffered a suspected overdose” during a livestream and was briefly hospitalized. “Just got home, that was brutal,” he tweeted on April 15. “All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn’t a real solution. The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask.” A July social media video showed Clavicular being wrestled to the ground by a security guard outside Miami’s City Hall and later sitting in a police cruiser. (He did not face any criminal charges over the incident.) Last week, Clavicular confirmed his split from longtime girlfriend Lily Snyder during an awkward interview with TMZ. The looksmaxer rolled his eyes when TMZ host Charlie Neff mentioned that she’d heard he was trying for a baby with Snyder. “Jeez, dude,” Clavicular replied in an annoyed tone as a person off camera said, “No Lily.” If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673).

Hayden Panettiere's Cause of Death: The Heartbreaking Truth Behind the Investigation

Hayden Panettiere's cause of death has officially been revealed one month after she was found dead at age 36. "An autopsy was completed by a Board Certified Forensic Pathologist. At autopsy no signs of trauma were discovered that would have contributed to the death," read an official statement from the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. According to the statement, Panettiere's cause of death was ruled as "toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine." The manner of her death was determined to be an accident. A rep for the actress tells Us, "The investigation is still ongoing and the case is complex." News broke of Panettiere's death on August 16. "It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her — and to the millions who watched her onscreen," read a statement from her father, Skip Panettiere. "We ask for privacy as our family takes time to process this unimaginable loss." Police in Greenville, South Carolina, later shared more insight into the circumstances surrounding the actress' death. According to NBC News, authorities were "accompanied by EMS personnel" when they "responded to a report of an unresponsive female" around 1:50 p.m. local time. The woman, later identified as Hayden, was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation later began. Along with dad Skip and mom Lesley Vogel, Hayden is survived by daughter Kaya, 11, whom she shared with Wladimir Klitschko. Her brother, Jansen Panettiere, died in February 2023 at age 28. Hayden got her start in the '90s with roles on soap operas including One Life to Live. She voiced Princess Dot in 1998's A Bug's Life, later stealing hearts with her performance in 2000's Remember the Titans. The actress is also known for her turn as Kirby Reed in the Scream franchise. On the small screen, Hayden starred as Claire Bennet on NBC's Heroes from 2006 to 2010 and as Juliette Barnes on the smash hit Nashville from 2012 to 2018. She earned two Golden Globe nominations for her work on the musical drama series. Throughout her career, Hayden was candid about the challenges she faced in her personal life, including her battle with postpartum depression. Amid her struggles, the actress made the choice to sign over full custody of her daughter to Klitschko. Kaya eventually relocated to Ukraine. "It was a nightmare. ... I feel like I would be lying if I said that I have, even to this day, been able to fully process them, those emotions in a healthy way," Hayden told Us. "I had to figure out, there was no other option to me, but to figure out how to stand back." At the time, Hayden gushed over her "incredible" relationship with Kaya and Klitschko. "She is just such an incredible human being," she said of her daughter. "She's otherworldly and so sweet and so kind and so fierce and such a lover and surrounded by good people and good friends, and it's incredible for me to be able to watch her thrive in areas that I struggled with growing up." Days before news broke of Hayden's cause of death, friends and former costars gathered to honor the late actress with an intimate celebration of life in Malibu, which included a performance from Nashville alum Charles Esten.
