The five finalists “represent the best of American ingenuity, know-how and grit while representing the vital contributions of small businesses in local communities across America’s industrial base,” SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler said in a press release. Us confirmed that Minaj will join entrepreneur Grant Cardone and U.S. Chief Design Officer Joe Gebbia to judge the final round of competition. Derek Hough may have won six Dancing With the Stars trophies, but the experience pales in comparison to becoming a dad. “It's so crazy, like, I had this moment really where she was in [the ballroom] and I was, like, ‘I've been in this room for 20 years, performing and growing and learning and been eight different versions of myself in that room,” Hough, 41, exclusively told Us on Thursday, September 17, of bringing daughter Everley, 8 months, to the DWTS set for the first time earlier this week. “I was just kind of sitting there like, 'Wow, I'm in a different era.’” Hough and his wife, Hayley Erbert, welcomed daughter Everley Capri in December 2025. The family of three attended the Wednesday, September 16, premiere, where Hough serves as a judge. In addition to sitting on the judging panel, he also teamed up with Erbert, 31, for a special performance to close out the show. Everley, for her part, watched from backstage. “I've accomplished so many things in that room, but truly my greatest achievement was, like, holding her,” he gushed to Us. “It was extraordinary to share that space that has held so much history, and now to hold the future, you know, in my hands was really cool and really special.” Hough and Erbert also recently brought Everley on the road during their latest live tour. “Going on tour, actually, was wonderful because we got to see her all day, even in between the shows,” he recalled. “I’d do the first half of the show, and then I got to run off and we say ‘hi’ to her, we're all sweaty and getting ready for the second act. And then, we got on the bus and it was … [set up as] a perfect place for a mom and a baby, and we sleep in there and get cuddled up.” He continued, “It was really wonderful, and she was such a great tour baby. The late Princess Diana’s brother, Earl Charles Spencer, is looking back at how her two sons’ grieved her tragic death at age 36. “I do sometimes wonder with the situation, if I can call it that, … how much it is connected to this very sad time,” Charles, 62, told CBS Sunday Mornings when discussing nephew Prince Harry’s “feelings” in a preview of his Sunday, September 20, sit-down interview with the outlet. “He was so young, he was also so tiny. I remember walking beside him and thinking, ‘This little boy shouldn’t have to walk behind his mother’s coffin.’” Diana was tragically killed in a fatal Paris car crash in 1997. In addition to Charles and her sisters, Diana was survived by sons Harry, 42, and Prince William, 45. The late People’s Princess was ultimately laid to rest in a state funeral, in which William and Harry, who were 15 and 12 at the time, walked in the procession behind her casket with Spencer and their father, King Charles III. “I just wonder if a gentler, more understanding treatment then might have helped him,” Spencer speculated of Harry and the royal family’s ongoing strife. “Then, everyone might have found a happier course ahead.” Harry stepped down from his duties as a senior working royal in 2020 alongside his wife, Meghan Markle. The couple and their son, Prince Archie, now 7, subsequently left England to settle across the pond — a move that exacerbated an already complicated and strained relationship with the king, 77, and William. Nothing about the visit seemed unusual.The aisles were busy, shoppers were moving from one section to another, and the checkout lines were slowly progressing.As I waited, I noticed a young girl standing several people ahead of me.She was holding a birthday cake carefully with both hands.At first, I didn’t think much of it. But after watching her for a moment, I noticed how seriously she was concentrating on keeping the cake level.Every time the line moved, she adjusted her grip and took another careful step forward.Trying Not to Ruin the CakeThe cake appeared to be important to her.She kept looking down at the box as though she was making sure everything inside was still in place. Nick Reiner’s attorneys are claiming he hasn’t received ‘even $5’ from his family trust as he awaits trial over the death of his parents Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner. New legal documents filed this week and obtained by People show Nick’s attorneys responded to objections to their client, 32, accessing his family trust, the outlet reported on Friday, September 18. Per People, Nick’s legal team responded to successor trustee Jodi Pais Montgomery and former trustee Paul R. Kanin in two separate replies filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, September 17. “In the meantime, Nick still has not been able to access even $5 from his trust to buy basic subsistence items from the jail commissary,” Nick’s attorneys, Anita P. Wu and Geoffrey A. Neri, wrote in response to Montgomery. In response to Kanin, Nick’s attorneys argued, “Nick has been unable to access money that is lawfully his own — to re-engage criminal defense counsel, or even for basic subsistence items from the jail commissary.” According to an indictment obtained by Us on August 12, Nick is accused of the first-degree murders of his parents at their Los Angeles home on December 14, 2025. Rob was 78, and Michele was 70. Nick, who has struggled with addiction and mental health issues over the years, previously pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegations of multiple murders and murder by means of lying in wait after the indictment was unsealed. Back in June, Nick first attempted to gain access to his share of a $1.5 million trust fund set up by his late parents. At the time, Nick argued that he should have received half of that sum when he turned 30 in September 2023. (The trust was established by his parents upon his birth in 1993.) In early August, however, lawyers for Nick’s previous and current trustee — Kanin and Montgomery — sought to block him from receiving any money from the trust due to California’s “Slayer Statute.” The “Slayer Statute” law states that “a person who feloniously and intentionally kills the decedent is not entitled” to any financial assets or property from the person or people they killed. Nick’s legal team appeared in court on August 17 seeking access to the trust fund. “The main thing to take away from today’s hearing and moving forward is Nick Reiner is very much entitled to his own money, his own funds. That’s what this process is about,” Nick’s former attorney Alan Jackson told Us and other reporters outside of court at the time. “He’s made a determination that he wants to be able to use his funds that are in his trust account to decide on his criminal counsel. Article • Jul 01, 2026 • 1 min read Four people have been charged with child endangerment after 16 children were removed from a home in Ohio where officials say they were living in "deplorable conditions."Authorities executed a search warrant at the home in Hamden in Vinton County on Tuesday, where they say they found the children and four suspects inside.Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson said the evidence in the case is "beyond comprehension.""I think if they would have waited another 24 hours, that there was a very high probability that we'd be dealing with a death or multiple deaths of these children," he said during a press briefing on Wednesday.Authorities are seen at a residence in Vinton County, Ohio, from which officials say 16 children were removed, June 30, 2026.WSYXVinton County Prosecutor William Archer said this is not a case of human trafficking, but an "intra-family situation."He described the suspects as being the "grandma, grandpa, father and mother" during Wednesday's press briefing.The four suspects -- Gary Siders Sr., 73; Christina Siders, 67; Gary Siders II, 36; and Elizabeth Siders, 33 -- have each been charged with 16 counts of endangering children, a second-degree felony, according to officials. They pleaded not guilty during their arraignment Wednesday morning and their bond was set at $300,000 each. They will likely request court-appointed counsel, officials said.The charges allege the four suspects abused the children, resulting in "serious physical harm."  The children range in age from 1 ½ to 18, according to Wilson.
