Lady Gaga's Surprising Shift: What Motherhood Means for Her Career New

Lady Gaga's Surprising Shift: What Motherhood Means for Her Career

Lady Gaga predicted what she would be like as a mom nearly one year before reportedly welcoming her first baby. “Disappear? I don't think so. But look, I think music will be a part of our child's life,” Gaga, 40, said on a July 2025 episode of The Howard Stern Show when asked whether she planned to take a step back from the spotlight after becoming a parent. “I also have to see what it’s like and what our kid needs, you know?” Gaga has been engaged to Michael Polansky since 2024. News broke on Friday, September 11, that Gaga and Polansky, 42, quietly welcomed baby No. 1. (The couple has not publicly confirmed the news. Us reached out for comment at the time.) While speaking with host Howard Stern, Gaga speculated on how her priorities would likely shift if and when she became a first-time parent. “I just really want them to have a very safe and happy childhood, so you're not wrong that that will become my No. 1 priority,” she added during her radio appearance after Stern, 72, guessed the pop star would go “all-in” on family duties. “You’re actually right on the money with that.” Gaga was first romantically linked to Polansky in 2019 after the pair were introduced by her mother. (Gaga’s mom, Cynthia Germanotta, first met Polansky at a charity event.) “I had never met anyone like Michael. He’s so smart and so kind. And his life and my life are very different,” Gaga told Vogue in September 2024. “He’s a very private guy and he’s not with me for any other reason than that we are right for each other. I think what I want my fans to know is that I’m just, like, so happy. I’m healthy.” She continued at the time, “I feel like the last time they heard from me — in this way — was Chromatica, and that album was about an absolutely horrible time for me with my mental health. I was in a really dark place. I struggled for, like, many years before that. But everything started to change.” According to Gaga, Polansky “wasn’t afraid to truly hold my hand” and get to know her on “a very deep level.” “I didn’t know much about her and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect,” he recalled to the outlet. “I was struck immediately by her warmth and openness — she was so genuinely curious about what my life was like growing up in Minnesota.”

How Corey Feldman Became Daisy De La Hoya's Lifeline Amid Her Struggles New

How Corey Feldman Became Daisy De La Hoya's Lifeline Amid Her Struggles

Rock of Love alum Daisy De La Hoya is crediting a dear friend for saving her life amid her addiction struggles and after previously revealing she is homeless and unable to work. “I have suffered from addiction and I was in a situation where my addiction got very bad,” she said while speaking to TMZ in an interview published on Saturday, September 12. “I was being evicted and some really good friends of mine helped me. I’m very close with Corey Feldman — he’s, like, my best friend. He’s been my best friend for over 18 years now and I love him to death and he saved my life.” She continued, “I was living in Las Vegas, where I’m currently doing a reality show out there right now with some good friends. And I was living there and he picked me up and, you know, helped me save my dog — took my dog in – and I ended up in Ocean Side [California] getting recovery and I’ve been clean now since February 29, 2024 … He just got my stuff — got my dog and put me back in California and I just spent all that time since 2024 just recovering.” De La Hoya went on to claim that she “lost everything” as a result of her relocating to California for substance abuse treatment. “I lost my relationship, I lost my apartment,” she continued. “I was homeless — like, legitimately homeless — and I spent all the time in shelters. I was assaulted. You know, I was unfortunately assaulted.” She added, “I’m not happy or proud of myself for what happened but I’m so grateful that I have recovered and I’m here today and my journey is still in recovery. I’m so grateful to not be on drugs.” The former reality TV star revealed last month that she is currently unhoused and unable to secure any work in order to financially support herself in the wake of her addiction struggles. “I’m poor and homeless, that’s the truth,” the VHI star told the Daily Mail in August. “I’m staying with a friend, but it’s a temporary thing, and I’m in school and looking for a freakin’ job.” She added of her financial struggles at the time, “It’s embarrassing, and it’s very hard, but I keep searching. I don’t know what it is about me, but I guess God does not want me to have a job. I’d work at McDonald’s, Starbucks, anything. Maybe I’m overqualified or maybe I’m underqualified. I don’t know.” Viewers were introduced to De La Hoya when she appeared on 2008’s season 2 of Rock of Love With Bret Michaels. After coming in second place, the reality star earned her own dating show called Daisy of Love. While speaking to the Daily Mail, De La Hoya claimed she does not receive any residuals from her reality dating series, contributing to her financial issues. “It’s still there on streaming platforms, but I don’t get any of that money,” she claimed. “The good news is that I’m still getting fans and people can watch it, but I don’t get any money from it.” In addition to finding sobriety, De La Hoya revealed she’s also on medication for anxiety and a diagnosed bipolar disorder. You have a different perspective after hitting rock bottom and losing everything. And I was lucky, but I’ve had to crawl my way back and I’m still crawling my way back up,” she said. “I don’t think of myself as being famous or being somebody. I just think of myself as a person who did a thing and wants to continue to be part of the entertainment industry. But sometimes I think I need to just give up on entertainment because at this point I just need a job.” If you or someone you know is struggling with substance abuse, contact the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).

Sophie Cunningham's Surprising Reaction to Being Called WNBA's 'Sex Symbol' New

Sophie Cunningham's Surprising Reaction to Being Called WNBA's 'Sex Symbol'

Colin Cowherd took his interview with Sophie Cunningham in a whole new direction, one the WNBA star didn’t expect.Cunningham has been at the center of the debate over transgender athletes in women’s sports after she told ESPN that she favored keeping biological men out of women’s sports but did not hate trans people.  The Fever forward was on “The Colin Cowherd Podcast” on Friday to discuss the rebranding of her podcast from “Show Me Something” to “No Hesitation” on Cowherd’s network. Fever guard Sophie Cunningham enters prior to a game against the Sky at Wintrust Arena on Aug. 23, 2026, in Chicago. IMAGN IMAGES via Reuters ConnectThe move included a switch in co-hosts from “Summer House” star and childhood friend Will West to prominent basketball trainer Drew Hanlen, as the new venture aims to be more basketball-heavy.West at one point openly disagreed with Cunningham’s stance on transgender athletes in women’s sport, and she called the speculation over that being the reason for the change “dumb.”With so much going on around the 30-year-old Cunningham, Cowherd awkwardly shifted the interview off the court in a way that happily caught her off guard. Sophie Cunningham’s reaction to Colin Cowherd calling her the WNBA’s sex symbol was pure comedy. 😂The confidence, the quick wit, and that effortless “I’ll take it” response—she knows exactly how to own the moment. Tough on the court, stylish off it, and never afraid to be…— RA (@Itsam4d) September 11, 2026“You are kind of viewed a little bit as the league’s … ummm,” Cowherd, 62, said, as he searched for the best way to phrase his question.“Just say it,” Cunningham replied. “I don’t care.”“Sex symbol,” he responded, before asking if that was a fair assessment. Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham reacts to a call during the first half against the New York Liberty at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, on Saturday, August 22, 2026. You’ll fight anybody. You’ll taunt anybody,” Cowherd said. “But you’ll make sure, coming into the arena, ‘I look good, and I want you to know…'”Sophie Cunningham of the Indiana Fever dribbles the ball during a game against the Connecticut Sun on Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. NBAE via Getty ImagesWhile that could be said about many of the WNBA’s stars in a league that has certainly put a focus on its athletes’ style while arriving for games, Cunningham, who has sparked both support rallies and in-arena booing for her stance on trans athletes, has been front and center in that area of late. She posed for this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and served as an impromptu ring girl at UFC 329 for Conor McGregor’s ill-fated return.Cunningham has no problem taking the compliment.“For some reason, our society, if you play basketball, you can’t dress that way, or you can’t be girly,” Cunningham said. “No one’s ever said it, but it’s like, they kind of feel that you can’t be both. Screw all that. Yes, you can. You can be girly, and you can go out and kick someone’s ass.”

This person appears to be from another fire department and is not and has never been a member of the FDNY,” a spokesperson said.A source told The Post he is a member of a department elsewhere in New York State. The pro-Palestine costumed agitator was part of a radical counterprotest group that stormed Lower Manhattan Friday in opposition to far-right influencer Jake Lang’s “Crusader March,” where marchers brandished signs declaring “Deport All Muslims.”The dueling groups descended into chaos — with punches flying and at least one demonstrator being led away in cuffs, sources said. The disgusting acts took place just blocks away from the solemn 9/11 remembrance ceremony in honor of those who died 25 years ago.

Heidi Klum's Son Gets a Ferrari for His 21st Birthday: The Story Behind It New

Heidi Klum's Son Gets a Ferrari for His 21st Birthday: The Story Behind It

Heidi Klum went all out to celebrate her son Henry’s 21st birthday. “I can’t believe it is that time,” Klum, 53, told Henry in an Instagram video shared Saturday, September 12, sharing footage of the moment she gave her son his birthday present waiting in the driveway. “You’ve been waiting for so many years.” The camera panned, revealing that Klum and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, purchased a Ferrari F430 in honor of Henry’s special day. “Oh my God! Jesus Christ,” Henry exclaimed in the clip, getting a glimpse of the cherry-red sports car. “I don’t even know what to say.” Kaulitz, 37, explained that he bought the car “last year” at an auto show and subsequently hid the vehicle in the garage “the whole time” so it would remain a surprise. “This thing is beautiful,” Henry marveled. “Holy s***! Oh my f***ing God, this … is insane. Holy s***, this thing is crazy.” Klum chimed in, noting that her husband “kept his promise” after the pair made a friendly bet over a video game. “Literally, it’s what, seven years ago when you guys said that?” the Project Runway host quipped. https://www.instagram.com/p/DdMM3hwxiXt/ When Henry was 14 years old, he and Kaulitz made a Mario Kart wager. “It’s happening on Christmas, and if I lose Mario Kart, then I can’t play video games for three months and I have to do a painting of me driving,” Henry said in throwback footage, which Klum updated to her Instagram page later on Saturday. “But if I win, then Tom has to give me a Ferrari when I’m 21.” In addition to Henry, Klum shares son Johan, 19, and daughter Lou, 16, with her ex-husband Seal. Klum, who also shares 22-year-old daughter Leni with ex Flavio Briatore, married Kaulitz in 2019. “[Tom being] close in age has been fun for them, especially my son Henry, who loves talking cars with my husband,” Klum exclusively told Us in her July cover story of Kaulitz’s bond with her children. “When I hear [about] cars, my ears close. They talk about it like it’s science, and I have no idea what they’re saying.” Klum further gushed that Henry and his siblings all “have good heads on their shoulders.” “[They] have seen me work and know it’s not just glitz and glamour. They see how many conference calls I do with producers to come up with concepts and photo shoots,” she said of passing down her work ethic. “We’ve always had dinner around the table, and everyone talks about their day, and there are a lot of fun things I’ve gotten to tell them over the years, like singing with Snoop Dogg or Tiësto, things where they’re like, ‘Mom, how the heck did that happen?’"

The Family Stone Sequel: How Diane Keaton's Legacy Lives On New

The Family Stone Sequel: How Diane Keaton's Legacy Lives On

The Family Stone is getting back together on the big screen following the heartbreaking death of movie matriarch Diane Keaton. Searchlight Pictures announced via Instagram on Saturday, September 12, that Keaton’s onscreen brood would all return for a follow-up film. “The Families Stone,” a caption read, teasing the sequel’s title. “Coming Soon.” Searchlight shared that Claire Danes, Rachel McAdams, Dermot Mulroney, Craig T. Nelson , Sarah Jessica Parker, Luke Wilson, Tyrone Giordano, Elizabeth Reaser, Paul Schneider and Brian J. White are all set to return for the highly anticipated flick. The new film is expected to take place 20 years after the OG movie, released in 2005. Deadline further reports that the Stone family will reunite for Christmas to find their father (played by Nelson) has invited his new love interest to join the celebrations. In the original film, son Everett (Mulroney) famously brought his girlfriend, Meredith (Parker), home for the holidays. After a week of hijinks, Meredith ended up falling in love with Everett’s brother Ben (Wilson). Keaton, who died in October 2025 at the age of 79, portrayed matriarch Sybil in The Family Stone, whose character died after a battle with terminal cancer at the end of the first movie. The Families Stone will be written and directed by Thomas Bezucha, who also helmed the first film. Bezucha, 62, previously revealed that the sequel will serve as a poignant tribute to Keaton’s legacy. “I’ve been haunted by the loss of Sybil for months now while I worked on it, and so this was a blow on a tender bruise already,” Bezucha told CNN in November 2025, sharing his plans for the sequel to “honor” the late Annie Hall actress. “Mentally, I’ve been spending time in that house where I’ve been missing her for a while already.” While further details have yet to be announced, Wilson, 54, recently teased that he was excited to return. “I can’t believe it’s happening, but it is,” Wilson gushed to Entertainment Tonight in July. “Tom Bezucha is a great writer and a great director, and I read the script, and it’s really funny, and it’s so nice that everybody wants to work together again.” The Hawk star added, “I think you know, after the death of Diane Keaton, it’ll be even more meaningful because she was so great to be around on the first one.” Wilson has previously been candid about his experience filming the first Family Stone movie. “We did wind up spending more time together and had a couple of nice dinners. It’s very helpful,” Wilson recalled to Us exclusively in 2021 of the pre-production process. “Diane, we all kind of admired her. And in my mind, here’s Sarah Jessica and she’s sort of this icon of fashion and humor from Sex and the City and then here’s the original icon of fashion and humor — Diane. … I just remember those being kind of exciting [feelings] where you’re going to dinner alone meeting all these people.”

Trinity Rodman Cheers as Ben Shelton Reaches Historic US Open Final New

Trinity Rodman Cheers as Ben Shelton Reaches Historic US Open Final

Tennis phenom Ben Shelton is punching his ticket to the US Open finals for the first time — and girlfriend Trinity Rodman couldn’t be prouder. Shelton, 23, defeated Frances Tiafoe in a 4-6, 6-3, 6-3, 7-5 semifinals matchup on Friday, September 11 to clinch a spot in the coveted Sunday, September 13, championship match against No. 1 seed Alexander Zverev. “Onto the next,” Rodman, 24, gushed via her Instagram Stories on Friday, reposting US Open’s coverage of Shelton’s victory. Rodman was present on Friday, dressed in a denim button-down open at her navel and a “Team USA” baseball cap, to cheer on Shelton. This will be the tennis pro’s first US Open finals, and the first time a Black American athlete has reached the championship match since Arthur Ashe in 1972. “It’s a lot of emotion,” he said in a post-match press conference of his historic finish. “My dad and my mom have sacrificed a lot for me to be in this position today. My dad lost his mom earlier this year, and she’s the reason he was able to play tennis. Without her, there’s no Ben Shelton standing here today. So, this one is for her.” He continued, “I’m gonna need you guys on Sunday to bring the energy. I’m going for it here, I’m going to leave it all on the court. I hope you guys come and back me, let’s do it for the USA!” While Shelton gears up for his US Open finals debut, it is not known whether Rodman will be present as she has a Washington Spirit soccer game in D.C. earlier on Sunday. Shelton and the Olympic soccer star have been together since March 2025. “I was sure some people would talk about it, but I didn’t think it would be a ‘break the Internet’ type of thing,” Shelton exclusively told Us in April 2025 of the pair’s social media debut . “But I’ve always been like, ‘OK, if I have a serious girlfriend,’ then posting about it on Instagram isn’t that crazy.” He continued at the time, “I feel like for the past six months, whenever I would get seen with somebody, people would think we were dating. It’s like, ‘No, we’re just friends.’ Or if I’d hang out in a group of three and it was a guy and a girl, they’d cut the guy out and make it seem like I was on a date. It’s either gonna be I post about my girlfriend or they post about assuming who my girlfriend is.”

Elizabeth Johnston's Journey to Motherhood: Baby No. 2 Arrives! New

Elizabeth Johnston's Journey to Motherhood: Baby No. 2 Arrives!

7 Little Johnstons star, Elizabeth Johnston Bolden, is officially a mom of two. According to Today.com, Elizabeth and her husband, Brice Bolden, welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Coleman Brice Johnston Bolden, on Tuesday, September 8. “We’re so happy to have Coleman here and to be home together as a family of four,” Elizabeth and Brice told the outlet. “We are so looking forward to watching Leighton and Coleman grow up together.” The couple, who tied the knot in November 2025, are already parents to daughter Leighton Drew Bolden. Their eldest child will celebrate her third birthday this fall. The baby’s moniker has special family significance, as he was named after his father and paternal great-grandfather. Elizabeth’s pregnancy and birth journey comes after she previously opened up about the challenges surrounding childbirth. The reality star has achondroplasia, a common form of dwarfism, and knew ahead of welcoming her first child that she would need to deliver via C-section under general anesthesia. Brice previously admitted that he was particularly apprenhensive about the procedure. “He’s more nervous about the C-section than anything else in his entire life,” Elizabeth told Today.com in 2024. At the time, Elizabeth also laughed when asked whether the couple would consider having another child, explaining that Brice needed some time because “he’s just not ready to go through the C-section part again.” https://www.instagram.com/p/DdKCJh4lBW-/?hl=en&img_index=1 Elizabeth has also spoken of the challenges of raising a child, particularly when strangers invade her “personal bubble.” Speaking to Parade in February 2025, Elizabeth opened up about what it was like being a mom with achondroplasia dwarfism and having an average-height child. “We were just doing a little shopping, really just to get fresh air and get out of the house and take Leighton out of the house,” Elizabeth recalled as she shared a stressful incident that occurred three weeks after welcoming Leighton. She continued, “And we were just walking out of the parking lot, and somebody just wanted to run up and just come see before even saying, ‘Hey,’ or anything.” Elizabeth explained that her mother had cautioned her that situations like that might happen once she started a family. “My mom kind of warned me that since we’re already LPs [little people] in the public eye, when you have your baby in a stroller or a carrier and they’re hidden, it’s definitely the curiosity that gets to people,” she told Parade. Explaining that she was forced to put boundaries in place, Elizabeth continued, “I did have to be like, ‘No. No, we don’t do that.’” “That’s just been the most, kind of hard part to deal with,” Elizabeth added, “because just people who just don’t have that respect to like, hey, just come up and ask and not just bombard your personal bubble. That’s been the hardest thing.”
